tweed river Fishing Report

sunny again! went with the family and had a great time. caught 4 nice trevally on soft plastics. super chill day on the water, no wind and just good vibes. everyone got to reel something in! can’t ask for more than that.

what a beautiful sunny day! finally! we decided to hit the tweed and got super lucky. we caught 5 juicy bream and a couple of flathead. weather was perfect, barely any wind! my new fishing setup is working wonders! can’t wait to go again.

fished the river this morning, had some patchy rain but it didn’t stop me. landed a nice 60cm bass, was super pumped! using a topwater popper, they were hungry today. feeling real good about my fishing game lately!

cloudy but the river's still alive! went out solo and picked up a surprise 48cm cod on a spinnerbait, totally made my day! the winds were chill but kept it interesting, too. just me and the fish today.

another rainy day on the tweed! we caught a couple of good size whiting earlier this morning. me and the boys were using pipis, they love that stuff. can’t complain too much with the weather, it’s not freezing! hoping for sunnier skies next trip.
