east gippsland Fishing Report

hey everyone, fished east gippsland today, super overcast and cold, around 10 degrees. hit the water at 8 after sunrise, bit of a chill but it was all good. used my trusty spin reel with a soft plastic lure. couldn't believe the action! managed to land 5 nice perch, all around 1-2lbs. the wind picked up a bit later but it didn’t stop the bites. packed up right before sunset, felt pretty accomplished. overall awesome day out on the water despite the weather! cheers!
